Most lenders are banks or mortgage lenders that are spin-offs of a large bank or mega-companies that invest in real estate mortgages are not lenders that will help with after bankruptcy mortgages and low credit scores. Usually these banks or money pools are only willing to do loans that conform to government guidelines.
